The catalogue, specifications and imagery on this site are published for professional evaluation by operators, architects, project managers and fit-out contractors. You may reproduce extracts within a tender or design report provided Canada-2026 is credited and the extract is not altered in a way that changes its technical meaning.

Prices shown or quoted are indicative until confirmed in a written supply schedule. A quotation remains open for 30 days. Orders for made-to-order furniture, custom axminster and commissioned art enter production only after written approval of samples, and cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Lead times quoted are working estimates based on current mill and workshop capacity, and exclude delays caused by shipping, customs inspection or site readiness.

Risk passes on delivery to the nominated site or store. Title passes on payment in full. Where installation is by Canada-2026, the site must be weather-tight, secure and free of other trades in the installation zone during the agreed access window.

Manufactured goods carry the warranty stated in the supply schedule, typically five years on frames and two years on upholstery, lighting drivers and mechanisms in commercial gaming use. Fair wear, misuse and cleaning outside the issued care regime are excluded.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian consumer-protection legislation. Business supply agreements may contain additional negotiated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. The courts located in Toronto, Ontario have jurisdiction.
