Supplier Policy

Every upholstered item, textile and floor covering supplied into a gaming venue must arrive with current evidence for the applicable fire and smoke criteria, including CAN/ULC-S102 and NFPA 701 where the specification calls for them. Expired certificates require re-testing at the supplier's cost.

Partners confirm in writing that their workforce is engaged voluntarily, paid at or above the legal minimum for their jurisdiction, free to leave, and not under the legal working age. We ask for a modern-slavery statement from partners of any scale and reserve the right to audit on reasonable notice.

Timber substrates and veneers must be from certified managed forests with chain-of-custody documentation. Wool for custom axminster is traceable to origin. Metal finishes must be free of hexavalent chromium, and adhesives and coatings must meet low-VOC limits appropriate to an enclosed, heavily occupied interior.

Pre-production samples are approved before any batch runs. We inspect at the workshop before crating on all VIP furniture orders. Partners are measured on on-time despatch, defect rate at unpack and speed of remedial response; sustained shortfall ends the relationship.
