How we collect, use, store and disclose personal information provided to Canada-2026 Interiors Inc..

Last updated 1 February 2026

Information we collect

We collect the information you give us when you request a consultation, submit a floor plan, subscribe to project notes or correspond with our specification team. That typically includes your name, company, role, email address, telephone number and the project details you choose to share.

We also collect limited technical information — browser type, device category and pages viewed — to understand which parts of the catalogue are useful to operators and architects.

How we use it

Enquiry information is used to prepare scopes, indicative supply schedules and manufacturing timelines, and to keep a record of the advice we have given. Drawings and floor plans are treated as commercially confidential and are shared only with the manufacturing partners required to price your package.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use enquiry data for advertising profiling.

Storage and retention

Records are held on access-controlled systems and retained for seven years after the completion of a project, consistent with our commercial and tax obligations. Unsuccessful enquiries are archived for two years and then deleted.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy law, you may request access to personal information we hold about you and ask for corrections. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within the period required by law.

Next step

Speak with a casino interior specialist about your floor.

Send us a floor plan, an opening date and a target standard. We will return a written scope, an indicative supply schedule and a realistic manufacturing timeline.
